Talent Release Form

Conditions

1. The Talent must at all times observe the directions of the representatives of the Liberal Party of Australia (“LPA”) and appear in such apparel and such setting and make such statements concerning the LPA as are agreed with the LPA. 2. The Talent consents to the LPA photographing and/or recording the Talent’s voice and/or likeness whether by way of film, videotape, magnetic tape, digitally or otherwise. 3. The Talent consents to the LPA, its licensees, successors and assigns, reproducing any photograph and/or recording of the Talent’s likeness, voice, any other sound effect made by the Talent and any written extraction made of any recording, in any media, whether by television broadcast, radio broadcast, print, online, multimedia broadcast to mobile telephone or otherwise. 4. The Talent consents to the LPA, its licensees, successors and assigns, using the Talent’s likeness for the purpose of promotion or advertising of the sale or trading in the photographs, recording and any copies made. 5. The Talent and LPA agree and acknowledge that all copyright in the photographs and recordings, including the right of reproduction wholly or in part, belongs to LPA absolutely. 6. The Talent agrees and acknowledges that the Talent shall not, from 5 years from the date of this agreement, in public or private, disparage LPA, satirise the Talent’s association with the LPA, otherwise make any statement which might reasonably be expected to adversely affect the image of the LPA. 7. The Talent agrees and acknowledges that the Talent shall not, from 5 years from the date of this agreement, appear or feature in any other advertising or promotional material relating to an Australian political party or association other than LPA. 8. The Talent agrees and acknowledge that the photograph and recordings can be used for an unlimited period of time anywhere throughout the world. 9. The Talent agrees and acknowledges that they will not receive a fee for their services.
