Parkwood Tennis Club Upgrade
- $120,000 in funding for upgrades to Parkwood Tennis Club.
- The funding will provide upgrades to four courts through resurfacing works.
Federal Member for Deakin, Michael Sukkar, has announced today that a re-elected Coalition Government will provide $120,000 of funding to upgrade the courts at Parkwood Tennis Club.
Mr Sukkar said the funding would allow for the resurfacing of four courts at the club.
Mr Sukkar congratulated the Parkwood Tennis Club for their continued advocacy for improving their grounds in Ringwood North.
“Grassroots sports help drive increased participation and promote social, health and community benefits” Mr Sukkar said.
“The resurfacing of these courts will create a better playing environment that will allow the club to continue to grow and provide a valuable sporting asset for the local community”.
