The Deakin Bowls Challenge Cup
The Deakin Challenge Cup was a success again this year, the annual competition between the bowls clubs within Deakin.
It was a nail biting finish with tournament host Vermont South Bowling Club defeating Mitcham Bowling Club in the final, with the thrilling match coming down to the final bowl.
Congratulations to all of our local clubs who also competed including the Eastwood Bowls Kilsyth; Heatherdale Bowls Club; Croydon Bowling Club; Ringwood Bowls Club Inc, and Heathmont Bowls Club.
