New CCTV System for Croydon Main Street
Crime is out of control in Victoria, because Labor has weakened the criminal justice system. Almost every day residents and business owners are contacting me either as concerned citizens or as victims of crime. Urgent action is needed, and this cannot be neglected by the Government for any longer.
I have announced that an elected Coalition Government will provide the funding for an all new CCTV system for Croydon Main St and surrounding areas along with upgraded lighting to help prevent crime.
Local businesses have been crying out for support, and with this upgrade we will be able to identify anti-social and criminal behaviour immediately, and ensure that locals can feel safe on this important commercial strip.
I was pleased to be joined by the Croydon Main Street Traders Association and Maroondah City Council for this important announcement.
