2020 Deakin Christmas Giving Tree
For many years, our community has shown the best spirit of Christmas by donating to the Deakin Christmas Giving Tree and supporting locals in need.
I am again asking local residents, community groups and businesses to support the Christmas Giving Tree by donating non-perishable food items including Christmas puddings and cakes, along with vouchers, children’s toys and other essentials such as new clothing, blankets and toiletries.
This year the Deakin Christmas Giving Tree will provide much-needed support to local families through Glen Park Community Centre and their Christmas Community Pantry.
Donations can be dropped off at my office in Mitcham until Tuesday December 15.
