Opening of Stage Two of the Pavilions at Blackburn Lake
What a great honour to formally open Stage Two of the Pavilions Blackburn Lake project!
I have really enjoyed seeing this project from inception many years ago, to Stage One completion and now Stage Two being complete!
Congratulations to the Victorian Adventists for the foresight and commitment in making this such a success for residents and the broader Blackburn community.
I’m looking forward to Stage Three already!
